I wanna go somewhere
I need to go somewhere.
Distant and different.
My feet itch to grace foreign ground
My body wants of a foreign nature
My mind fiends for a culture
To my Own
To see my Star rise
But on a different horizon
With different Earth Skies
My eye wishes to behold that pink rosy hue through a different eye
But not let the thorns prick me
Lest I shall be possessed to a Ground that is not Home.
So let me see the Green
And the concrete of The Thieves
Remember the Heart not so pure
And why it constantly heaves
May I have The Pleasure to wonder across the Mind of The World
But grant me speedy feet so a Home may I keep.
